About Me: My name is Aisha and I have had the privilege of being a part of The American School of Afak Academy since 2019. After spending four years teaching the International school of Afak Academy.
Together with a team of amazing and creative teachers, I am committed to providing your family with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning.
When you walk into my classroom you will see children engaged in meaningful learning activities.
You would hear a conversation that was centered around the learning goal. You might hear music playing softly during writing time, a story being read aloud or students sharing what they have learned.
When it comes to teaching, I believe it is about developing strong relationships that tap into students' passions and provide relevancy to students, and allows them to make connections with the curriculum. I champion what is best for students in all decisions and I model lifelong learning in my personal and professional life.
